Rates per week in 2012, including the "taxe de séjour", a municipal tax

23 June - 30 June: 1,700 €

30 June - 1 September: 2,000€

1 September - 15 September: 1,100 €

* A 400 € non-refundable deposit per week is required at the time of booking.
* Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we receive your non-refundable deposit, the signed contract and the home liability insurance.

The balance outstanding to be paid eight weeks before your arrival, by bank transfer.

A 1500 € security deposit against damage will be sent by bank transfer eight weeks before your arrival. It is returnable within a month after departure if the property has been left as clean and orderly as it was at the beginning of the stay (in accordance with French legislation).

INCLUDED :

• Electricity.
• Water.
• All day-to-day cleaning products.
• The “ taxe de séjour ” (a municipal tax paid by the owner for the development of tourism in Saujon).
• Pool cleaning and gardener once a week.
• A file with sightseeing brochures about the region.
• Baby cot, highchair, baby tub, baby cuttlery, changing mat etc on request at the time of booking.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

• House linen can be rented:
  - Sheets: 10€ per person, per week. Your beds will then be made up for your arrival.
  - Towels (1 set: 1 beach towel, 1 bath towel, 1 towel, 2 "gloves", the French version of face cloths): 7€ per person, per week
• Mid-stay cleaning or end-of-stay cleaning for you to make the most of your holiday: this will save you the final dusting and hoovering: 80€*.
*However, the property must be left as clean and tidy as you found it on your arrival (apart from dusting and hoovering).Ask us for details.

CONDITIONS

• Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement with the owners.
• Our changeover day is Saturday. Arrival is from 4 pm and departure is by 10 am (flexible).
• Directions, key instructions etc... will be sent out on full payment of the balance.

Exclusions : no smoking in the villa. Noisy guests.
