The swimming pool area

It is secluded by a thick hedge and adorned with two Tiki statues. Have a rest on the sun loungers, under the parasols or dine al fresco in the swimming pool area and enjoy a quiet relaxing break.

The large swimming-pool (12 x 6m) is covered to meet French pool safety requirements and makes a safe and fun-filled environment for children. You'll love the pool, the shelter keeps it clean from debris and warm: you won't hesitate to get in -water temperature is usually between 24 to 30 ° Celsius / 75 to 85° F- ! A large shallow area, about one meter deep, enables everyone to enjoy swimming. The pool then slopes to the 2,75m deep end for confirmed swimmers. A safety ledge runs all around, making it easy for you to stop and relax.

Of course, you can "uncover" the pool: the shelter is made up of 6 elements which can be lifted. The four middle ones can be piled up on either side pannels .

The area is closed by a gate.The hedge will probably give you the impression to be "out of the world". Yet, we ask our guests to respect the neighbourhood and be quiet either in the day or at night. Adults must supervise children at all times.The pool will be cared for once a week.

The patio

The sunny south-facing patio is a nice extension of the house in the summer time, as it will enable you to relax and enjoy a quiet pace of life.

Enjoy dining out, under the parasol, have a barbecue party, have fun with a table-football or a tennis-table game, or simply sit back, lulled by the gentle gurgle of the Tiki fountain. The patio opens onto the sun-drenched swimming-pool area and its covered pool.

The garden

Enjoy the calm and relaxation of the fenced landscaped garden, home to butterflies, birds (robins, magpies, harriers, buzzards, goldfinches, swallows, bluetits, hoopoes -depending on the season-... ) and hedgehogs!

As we care for birds- we are members of the French Birdlife organization (LPO), we planted a variety of berry-growing shrubs, trees and we provided nesting boxes.

Enjoy birdwatching without disturbing the birds nesting in the garden, please!
The herb garden is also for you and, in season, feel free to taste our fruit from the orchard: we grow organic!
