ON THE GROUND FLOOR:

• For those with laptops, we offer a wireless broadband internet access (WIFI) via ADSL and  telephone -free unlimited landline calls to France, DOM, most European countries, USA, to mention but a few. Ask us for more details.
• The large modern kitchen with breakfast bar and stools – is fully equipped and safe for children: large four zone induction hob, self cleaning fan oven and grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, self-cleaning fan oven and grill, microwave, programmable coffee-maker, electric kettle, food processor, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery for 10 people.
• We thought of making the kitchen children-friendly: the oven has a cold door and the induction hob stays cold at all times : no burned fingers or hands !
• Deep-freezer, washing-machine, tumble dryer, vacuum, ironing board and iron are in the garage, adjacent to the kitchen.
• The spacious open plan dining-room -the new table sits ten-and sitting-room (50 sqm) adorned with exotic souvenirs, is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a small table and a brand-new energy-saver LCD TV set. Satellite TV, digital TV, DVD, video-recorder and hi-fi system, all add to the feeling of a true home. 
• In the large games room, your children will find various indoor and outdoor games and for those who would like to keep fit, we also provide a treadmill and an abdo exerciser. In 2010, more indoor and outdoor games have been added (see "facilities" for more details)
  

• Bright family bathroom with a shower and a balneo bathtub.

• Separate WC.

• Bathroom and WC both contain grab bars.

• 3 bedrooms: 2 queen size, 1 twin- the twin beds can be joined to create a superking-size bed .

• You 'll enjoy unwinding in the master bedroom: a cane settee, a small table and two armchairs are for you !

The office, the kitchen, the sitting-room and the master bedroom open onto a large intimate patio and terrace.

Enjoy your meals outside, in the shade of the pergola, have a barbecue party, have fun with a table-football game, have a go at table-tennis or enjoy warm evenings under our clear skies !

ON THE FIRST FLOOR

• 2 bedrooms (1 queen size, 1 twin-the twin bed can also be joined to create a super king-size bed-)

• A shower room and WC.

All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and wardrobes and shelves.

For guests with young children, the stairs are equipped with two safety gates. We also have child-proof safety-plugs and door-slam stoppers. Baby cot, night light, baby bath and/or highchair (+ plastic bibs, baby dinner set) can be provided on request.

The house is well insulated, double glazed windows and shutters keep the villa cool during summer.

Please, note: this is a non-smoking house. Ashtrays will be provided in the patio, the swimming-pool area and the garden.
